Gray's Web Design is a 3-person business led by a queer gender-nonconforming woman. We use collaborative decision-making and respect each individual's expertise, which has the added benefit of bringing out their best work.
As such a small organization, a great deal of our DEI focus is on who we choose to work with. We emphasize working with clients that allow us to be a part of creating the better world that we want to see. Our long-term clients are organizations that focus on social or health benefits for underserved populations and we actively seek out non-profit organizations of this type when looking for new clients. We do not work with clients that exclude people on the basis of identity or otherwise support harmful aspects of the status quo.
